Jan Rix reviewed: Blind Embossing: lino printing without inks, in Derbyshire

"I spent a fabulous day learning the blind embossing technique with Liz in her beautiful studio. Liz is a very patient and encouraging tutor who has vast knowledge of many art disciplines, and keeps her classes limited to a small number, which made the experience really intimate and friendly. Looking forward to another session there in the future."

Liz Wellby - Artist, Teacher & Maker responded:

"Hi Jan, It was great to meet and work with you and thank you for your very kind words. I hope your pleasure in blind embossing will also encourage you to give lino printing another go, as combining the two techniques will give some great results. You’ll be very welcome for a return trip to The Slipper Studio. Best wishes Liz Wellby"

Highly recommend this course, as a novice it was a brilliant introduction. Thanks so much Ali. "
