My passion is to help you unlock your creative talents, to help you develop your ideas in transforming and brightening your furniture and home, introduce you to like-minded friends at my welcoming workshops and provide a supportive, relaxed & fun environment in which to learn new skills whilst taking some enjoyable time out of your often busy life. I run FURNITURE PAINTING, UPHOLSTERY and DIY & HOME MAINTENANCE Workshops in Lancashire, Cheshire and Greater Manchester. I look forward to welcoming you to one of my workshops. "I had such a great day at the furniture painting workshop. Jo was great at explaining all the different techniques and we had a go on boards to practise which was really helpful. I feel really confident now to have a go at furniture painting and transform some old pieces. I loved the day - great company and refreshments and fun to have a go at something new! "

"I came back for another Beginners Upholstery Workshop after attending one a while ago — and it was every bit as wonderful as I remembered, if not more! Jo is an exceptional instructor, and her passion and knowledge shine through from the moment you step into the studio. She breaks everything down in such an accessible, encouraging way, whether you’re brand new or returning for a refresher like I was. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and filled with the buzz of creative energy. It was lovely to once again be surrounded by others who were just as curious and enthusiastic about learning upholstery. This time around, I felt even more confident with the tools and techniques thanks to Jo’s expert guidance and thoughtful tips. As before, we left not only with new skills but also a beautiful, hand-crafted footstool — which I'll be gifting to a friend, who I'm sure will be over the moon! I can’t recommend this workshop enough. It’s practical, inspiring, and incredibly rewarding. Thank you again, Jo, for another unforgettable experience!"
