I've always loved the colour and vibrancy of glass and began creating with fused glass in 2013. In 2014 I left my corporate career to work full time as a glass artist. Having trained as a teacher many years earlier it was a natural progression to begin offering workshops to others in early 2019. Many lovely groups of people have come together over the past few years to create glass art with me, with plenty of tea, coffee, snacks and chat - as well as those wonderful mindful periods when everything goes quiet, minds are clear and everyone is focused on their piece in the moment.

"I had never worked with fused glass until now. Having participated in Jayne's class I can see how addictive it can become. The variety of coloured glass was a feast for the eyes & design possibilities endless. Jayne was a great teacher. Friendly, chatty & on hand to help where needed. We were a very small lovely group. I would highly recommend Jayne's class to anyone. "

"A group of my friends and I signed up for this course. Jayne was very welcoming and relaxing, explaining techniques we might want to use. There was plenty of different types and colours of glass to choose from. The time flew by. Really relaxing way of spending a couple of hours. We're looking forward to see our results 😀 "

"What a lovely way to spend a Sunday morning ! Jayne was very patient and her demonstration was very informative - I had not done the course before and was slightly apprehensive but soon felt at ease and relaxed following positive encouragement from Jayne - I was pleased with my work and I’m looking forward to seeing the finished result. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone, beginners especially."
