I am a printmaker and oil painter based on the beautiful Brecon Beacons. I trained at The Putney School of Art followed by The Welsh Academy of Art, where I am now a tutor. I love drawing and painting all sorts of things, people, places, animals, plants...If it lives I like to capture it's essence in a work of art.

"This was a such a fun day learning about linocut and producing a surprisingly good outcome. Lee worked hard to make this a very relaxed program which was tailored to each person’s interests and abilities. He was positive and encouraging throughout which was reassuring to me as a total novice. The small group environment was great and in the most beautiful setting, I recommend this course, or any course with Lee very highly. "

"I thought this was a really good day course on lino printing. As a complete novice I didn't have any expectation of turning out a recognisable print. However with Lee's patient guidance, expertise and positive attitude this was achieved. With only 4 of us on the course there was time for lots of encouragement and help. The provision of all the materials was great, plus the follow up email of where to purchase everything was very helpful as I hope to have another go at home."

"A wonderful class. It was small enough that Lee was able to give plenty of attention to all, and he was entirely flexible in tutoring depending upon each person's experience and abilities, as well as positive and supportive. We all left with artworks we could be quite proud of. The location and venue are lovely and inspiring as well. I'm not surprised that many return to take it more than once. I'd highly recommend it."

"Lee was a brilliant tutor, friendly and very knowledgeable. I was a little bit intimidated attending an “art” class, but was very much out at ease. The small class size means you get lots of one to one tutoring. I had done some Lino printing before, but my knowledge of mixing colours and considering composition was very limited - this course has helped me immensely. Thanks! "
