" This was a really relaxing and fun day. The tutor, Katie was kind caring and fun to be around she helped me to recover two stools no mean feat with arthritic fingers and made the stool bodies sturdy again so I could put the tops on at a later time at home. She shared her knowledge and taught us some skills on recovering a pair of 1970's stools and a Victorian chair. Really good as this was my first foray into upholstery.
They looked amazing and someone even asked me if I was selling them.
Definitely recommend this course. Lovely tutor and fellow students and location was fab.
Give it a go.

"Thank you for your lovely review Jo! It is much appreciated. Your chair looked beautiful dressed in its new fabric - especially the contrast of the delicate pattern of yellow linen with the dark legs. You did a fantastic job and it's great to hear that you got so much out of the day. Thanks again, Katie "
"I loved my day at Bisham Hall with Katie. I took along an old dining chair and by the end of the day I had re-coverd the chair seat pad (frim scratch). Katie was lovely and so helpful and kind. Am confident that I will be able to re/cover the other 4 dining chairs. Would like to go back and learn how to repair the cracked leather chair-back at some point. Thank you Katie (and fellow participants) for a very interesting and enjoyable day. "
