Bob and Del are a lovely couple and we were entertained by them at lunch time with a look back at unusual items from history. "This was an excellent pyrography course. It was mindful and relaxing. Bob and his wife Del were very friendly and welcoming. Bob is a very experienced teacher of many years and led the session really well explaining everything and offering help and advice where needed. He has a real passion for his craft and so much knowledge in other crafts. They also provide a really tasty lunch. I would highly recommend this course."

"What a great experience I had with Bob and Del Neill! I went with my friend Mark and we were made so welcome. The whole day was a wonderful experience. Bob explained everything so well and gradually introduced more difficult tasks meanwhile helping wherever needed and giving great encouragement. We were kept going with lots of drinks and a wonderful lunch prepared by Del. Bob was extremely helpful - I have been watching Utube and reading lots of books but still couldn’t get things right, but Bob gave me the help and encouragement that I needed and I’m delighted to say that I came away confident that I could now enhance my woodturning with pyrography - before my visit I had almost given up hope and now I feel I can achieve my aims. I can wholly recommend taking Bobs course if you’re interested in pyrography! Thanks again Bob and Del, hope to see you again!"

"We had a fabulous day, Bob and Del made us feel comfortable and are very good hosts. We learnt how different woods, veneers and leather would react to burning. We learnt about equipment used and the different effects you can get with the wire nibs. We started by doing practice pieces in the morning, then onto a spoon and cheese board. We came away with some lovely pieces and would recommend it to anyone. Very therapeutic. Would definitely do it again. Thank you for your hospitality and lunch was great. 👍 "
