I love mosaics, creating them both for community and charity projects, private and public commissions and for my own pleasure and sharing the pleasure and passion for this art form through teaching mosaic workshops and courses. I have been working as a full time professional mosaic artist since 2007 facilitating mosaic workshops across the UK, in over 100 schools and with a diverse range of adult groups. "What a perfect day this was. A lovely location, a superb tutor who was engaging and patient, and a course which was well-balanced and paced to enable a beginner to complete a piece of work they can be proud of. The venue was excellent, and I enjoyed spending time with the other participants. I highly recommend this course, and any other Sue runs!"

"Sue was very welcoming and very organised, with everything to hand. She explained the mosaic process clearly and was on hand to assist, give advice and encourage us at every stage. Our group of 10 were a friendly bunch and we all enjoyed a very sociable, interesting and informative day. I went home with a mosaic tile that I felt proud of, and confident that with the grout and instructions Sue had given me, I would be able to complete my work at home. I am delighted with the finished result. Thank you for a lovely day Sue. "

"I’ve done a few crafting courses and this was, by far, the best. Firstly Sue was absolutely lovely as a person and she was organised, clear, helpful and welcoming - and very calm. The venue was a delight set in beautiful Yorkshire and the village hall was light and airy, again, organised perfectly and the facilities were amazing with drinks and snacks provided too. I will definitely be returning for more of Sue’s classes and even though it was quite the journey to get there, it was truly worth it. Thank you Sue xx"
