Children's Lamp Making Workshop -Half Day Woodworking Course in South Devon
"The one month professional development course is perhaps the best thing I have done since studying arboriculture in the 90’s! Peters woodworking knowledge is endless, it just keeps coming. Seeing him in his element during the creative seating course was incredible. How he understands everyone's concept at the start and guides them through the various stages to achieve the result is mind boggling, just watch the video on Instagram!! Such a lovely place to learn, it’s as rural as it gets. Thanks Peter and Toby, I will defo be back…..one month's not enough!!"
"I had an amazing month on Peter's Green Wood intensive course and learnt so much. Peter and Toby are very knowledgeable about all aspects of woodwork and create a great atmosphere for course participants. They patiently guide and cater to all levels of ability, helping to bring ideas and creations to life. I'd highly recommend any of their courses in this beautiful part of Devon to anybody"
"I loved this course & am really pleased with the bench that I made. It was amazing how Peter was able to guide each of us despite us making such different things. I have been on a two day course previously but never put a back, arm or rails on anything before. Good atmosphere & constructive. We had a couple of barbecues too& even managed to squeeze in a bit of spoon carving. Highly recommend."
"I really enjoyed the course. Peter has enormous patience with skilled woodworkers and those less experienced alike. He helped me to revise the design I had come with to be more practical and I came away with something lovely I could be proud of. There was help, support and guidance every step of the way but I still felt that I had contributed my own work and learnt a great deal from the process. Peter and his apprentice helped the participants to create a supportive atmosphere in the workshop."
