"I booked the Woodworking Power Tools Workshop with Tyler Mason in Congleton. It was my first woodworking workshop, it was a fantastic day and extremely worthwhile. He guided me through each step and explained why certain processes work and others don’t, which is why I thoroughly enjoyed the course and content. I experienced using a great range of different power tools and some manual techniques to achieve the same result. Tyler was so approachable and knowledgeable which made the course so easy! I now have a new enthusiasm for woodworking. I would highly recommend his courses to anyone interested in learning about the wonderful subject of woodwork."
"I had a very enjoyable and informative day with Tyler and highly recommend this course to anyone interested in using reclaimed wood in their projects - you will not be disappointed!!"
"I spent a day with Tyler on one of his courses together with 4 others who'd also booked in with him.
I've done a little carpentry in the past when I used to work with roofing but that was all pretty crude compared to the skills that Tyler teaches on his course so I largely felt like I was a complete beginner coming into the workshop.
We spent the day learning how to make various different joints which are the fundamentals of any wood working project and while we made these joints, he gave us a whole range of tips and tricks on how to do it well, these skills ultimately carrying over into many other areas of woodwork.
It was a lot of new information but Tyler taught in a way that stuck and I left feeling competent with what had been taught, Tyler himself is a very friendly / helpful / patient guy so the course was a lot of fun too and I was happy with the work I managed to achieve.
I definitely recommend this course to anyone whether you're completely new or experienced (as some of the others were) we all learned many new skills by the end of the day."
"Thanks Tyler I had a great day. I chose this course because I wanted to learn to create joints using hand tools and I found the idea of using reclaimed wood interesting. But, I wasn’t expecting to learn as much as I did. You explained things brilliantly and I was really pleased with the joints I made. Thanks for all the encouragement. "

"Thank you Liz, I am glad you took away a lot from the day! It was great to have you! Good luck in your future projects! "
