Karen Meins reviewed: Introduction to Abstract & Creative Photography in Nature

"Myself and my niece had a fantastic day with Andy!!! He was incredibly knowledgable and very kind and patient with us. He also had taken the time to find out about the cameras we had so he could help and support us even more. I would highly recommend the session as the day flew by and it was great fun!!!"

Andrew Atkins Photography responded:

"What a lovely review. I'm really pleased that you both had a great time. I thought you coped really well with my introduction (and repetition!) of photographic concepts that were new to both of you, as well as the harsh light and the heat in the afternoon. The willingness of you both to keep practising all day with different depths-of-field and compositional concepts, while learning new camera settings and controls, was impressive. I hope you try the 'shaking camera' ICM technique again soon - it may look very odd, but there was definite potential in those Monet-esque images! Thanks once again for being prepared to try new things and I hope the two of you will be out-and-about again with your cameras very soon. "

Amy Crane reviewed: Introduction to Lino Printing in Cambridgeshire

"I had a lovely day doing this course. The group size was just right - perfect for getting some individual attention when needed, but also a good size for a bit of social interaction and sharing of ideas. Judith's tuition was really accessible, making sure we had the basics we would need to be able to create something satisfying in just one day, and the range of materials provided made all sorts possible. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, whatever level you think you are. Highly enjoyable. Lovely venue too."

"Amazing Hare Sculpture birthday present. Jo and Andy are so friendly and accommodating. We looked at the leaping hare sculpture at the start of the day and my husband and I both thought - no way in a million years will ours come out like the display hare. "A wonderful class. It was small enough that Lee was able to give plenty of attention to all, and he was entirely flexible in tutoring depending upon each person's experience and abilities, as well as positive and supportive. We all left with artworks we could be quite proud of. The location and venue are lovely and inspiring as well. I'm not surprised that many return to take it more than once. I'd highly recommend it."
