Claire Trevelyan reviewed: 1 Day Bring Your Own Upholstery Project

"Having done the 3 day course, I spent another day with Lucy furthering the progress on my chair. She is an exceptional teacher tailoring her tuition to meet the needs of individual students and always with good humour and plenty of analogies to help understand the process. She is also very generous with her time. I learnt so much and am delighted with what I have achieved with my project. I would highly recommend Lucy's courses."

Roundedby responded:

"Ah Claire it has been a total joy to have you attend my workshops, the amount you have been willing to learn and the finish you have achieved at each stage is really something - your confidence and dexterity with spring lashing particularly impressive, and I love the domed shape you have achieved on the seat pad. Thank you & keep on upholstering!! Cheers, Lucy "

Hayley reviewed: Copper Foil Technique Stained Glass

"My mum and I thoroughly enjoyed the workshop with Amanda. She guided us through each step of the process and we had lots of opportunities to practise techniques before starting on our actual designs. There were lots of tools and resources to use and Amanda’s teaching was clear and easy to follow. We had contacted Amanda beforehand asking if we could work on specific designs. Amanda was really accommodating and planned and prepped before our workshop to help us to achieve the outcomes that we wanted. Thank you Amanda - we really appreciate the work that you put into our workshop. We both loved the day, including the veggie lunch, and learned new skills that resulted in a wonderful piece of glass art to take home at the end of the day. Thank you Amanda - what a fab workshop!"

Greig O’Brien reviewed: Woodturning tuition in Wiltshire

"The day exceeded my expectations on all accounts. Hospitality from Andy, Mary and Angus (the dog) was great and I can’t imagine there’s anything regarding wood turning that Andy doesn’t know. Great examples of. Some amazing projects that have been done and it’s a very inspiring and down to earth workshop and atmosphere. Great delivery of his wealth of knowledge and whilst Andy was on hand for everything, he also gave space to try things without pressure etc. I shall definitely be booking again to further develop the interest I have and learn more. Highly recommend!"

A lovely way to spend 3 hours crafting with like minded people, who are all happy to share knowledge and ideas. Picked up my finished item a week later- so very pleased with my fused glass piece."

Ginny reviewed: Love your loom tapestry weaving 1 day course for beginners - Devon

"I really enjoyed the tapestry weaving day course and the day absolutely flew by, before we knew it we were tying the final knots on our little camio samplers.
