"My sister and I went back a second time to make glass beads with Julia, because we really enjoyed it the first time. After a refresher on technique, we got back into creating various designs- with varying success! Julia was very supportive when needed and we really enjoyed the session. We’re both really looking forward to receiving our beads after they’ve been in the kiln. We would definitely recommend this class! "

I love the phone stand I made but worth more than any of that is the legacy of insights Bill shared … why when I do simple DIY projects they feel harder than they need to be … well it’s because no one had ever told me some really basic things (and I’d never thought of them). Bill filled in lots of gaps in my knowledge in a fun and friendly way. His workshop is a joy to behold so carefully and beautifully put together the two days gave me far more than just skills and a product but also inspiration. Thank you Bill. "

"I enjoyed a wonderful introduction to the craft of pyrography thanks to Bob’s experience and tuition. I loved learning in a real craftsman’s space, with all my senses immersed in the craft. Bob and his wife Del were welcoming and great company. A lush lunch in their own home included a sneaky surprise that was informative and fun! This craft is something I’ve wanted to explore for a long time because I love wood, and I was definitely inspired to continue by Bob’s knowledge imparted during the course. "This was a fantastic experience! I bought three spaces for myself, my mum amd daughter for Xmas and we all loved it! Anne the teacher was so knowledgeable and patient and all the equipment was set us beautifully for us. We made 3 candles plus some wax melts and got to experiment with different scents and colours. A super morning and we met some lovely people too! Thank you Anne."
