Small friendly group of people, lovely atmosphere, wonderful well equipped studio in a magnificent garden. I was very pleased with my completed sculpture. "A most enjoyable afternoon spent making Jewellery with a different twist. Hardened fabric jewellery was a totally new idea to me and I made earrings & a necklace but there was the opportunity to make a brooch or hair slides too. Diane is such a lovely person, very patient and a good teacher. I felt totally at ease the minute I met her and she oozes enthusiasm and expertise. I am very much looking forward to doing more creative things with Diane. Diane did bring along other items she had made (collage pictures and book covers) as well as examples of her hardened jewellery (absolutely gorgeous) and I hope that she plans some workshops incorporating these ideas."
