"A great workshop in a small group, I would highly recommend it if you want to give resin a go. Eunice does a good mixture of demonstrating in stages, sharing of design and colour examples, positive encouragement and advice. She also provided a useful guide after the workshop to refer to in the future."

Cath reviewed: Basket making for beginners using traditional willow basketry techniques

"This was such a great course to be part of. I went on my own and felt very welcome. We made a beautiful basket and learned the skills of basket making. The whole day was so well organised and the tuition was just right. Who knew all the detail that went into each stage of basket weaving. I didn’t! And now I have a lovely basket to remind me of all the work that goes into these. Thanks for a lovely relaxed day with friendly tuition and friendly participants.. And a gorgeous lunch. I highly recommend it."

Michelle Gracias reviewed: Upholstery/cushion making

"I throughly enjoyed my two consecutive days upholstering my small armchair. Jo was fantastic, calming and a great teacher! There weren’t many on the course, which meant that Jo was able to give quality time to each person in order for them to move onto the next stage on their project. I have learnt a few new skills that I can take away with me and I haven’t stopped raving about her course to my friends and family. Thanks again, Jo! "

What Jo did next responded:

"It was lovely to meet you Michelle! You bought a very challenging chair and did really well with it! How much piping and machine sewing?!! Honestly - well done... :) "

Michael reviewed: Spoon Carving with Touchwood Glasgow

"I thoroughly enjoyed the course. Robert’s passion for wood, and making useful tools from it, is infectious. Robert is also very patient with us novices! The day flew by (we had to be reminded to stop for lunch) and it was very informative, learning about the different woods for carving and the carving techniques that can be used. To start with a log from a fallen tree and finish with a carved spoon at the end of the day is a great feeling and incredibly rewarding. A great course and would absolutely recommend it."
