"I really enjoyed the wood carving course at Snowshill Manor on 20-21 May. Geraint was a great tutor, explained everything carefully and came round all the time to show the technique and give advice. The setting in the orchard was beautiful looking into the hills and lovely cafe on site. It was a great mix of fun people. I would highly recommend this course to anyone. "

"What a fantastic experience. In a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere with clear instructions and hands on demonstrations I became a basket maker!! Johnny and Becky were very patient teachers and spent plenty of time with each learner so that we all had a successful outcome. The vegan lunch provided was excellent and so was the cake. I came away feeling a great sense of achievement with a beautiful willow basket which I will treasure. I would highly recommend this course. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed this days learning. The location and facilities are excellent as is Nicole. The day was relaxed with excellent tea and cakes to keep you going. The rug I have brought home is just gorgeous and I shall definitely be making more. If you love working with fleeces this is definitely a day you will love. Nicole was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable which made the day very enjoyable. You also get notes and a video, given on a memory stick, to help support you once home."
