GW reviewed: Copper Bird bath Workshop

"A very friendly, relaxed and enjoyable day - very much hands on with plenty of help from Loucinda when needed. I learnt a great deal and came away with a beautiful bird bath / garden decoration which looks way more ‘professional’ than I ever thought I could manage. The location is perfect with views over the fields to inspire and plenty of tea to help us through the day 😊 Loucinda took the time to show us the various options we could try at each stage which allowed us to make decisions as we went along. A thoroughly enjoyable way to spend the day."

Kate Macaskill reviewed: Make a Sea Glass Jewellery Workshop Class

"What a lush day! I took my mum to Sarah’s sea glass pendant course and we had fantastic time. The class was very intimate and Sarah is hugely patient and attentive to her students. We felt like she was with us every step of the way, and offered loads of insight to methods and techniques that would otherwise be completely beyond us. Would highly recommend a class with Sarah, the baked goods alone are to die for! The pendants we made will always be a special reminder of the hard work we put in and the lovely afternoon we had."

"Oh Wow, what a fantastic day! Jo and Andy were perfect hosts and had thought of everything we might need. Jo was amazing, the whole day was beautifully planned and her skill and experience shone through. My sister and I booked a special treat, and it was for sure. We can't believe we actually made a hare, this good and in one day. So very pleased with the finish, mine will proudly sit in my garden soon. A memorable day, I shall return for other sessions for sure. Thank you Jo, brilliant 🤩 "

Carla Yerkess reviewed: Enter the world of Pyrography with Bob Neill

"5 star craft course. Having a 2 person to 1 tutor was fantastic to be able to have more in depth support and advice. Bob was an engaging tutor, we had some good fun and banter whilst doing our projects. I came away with a bag full of goodies and a real inspiration to want to keep practicing and refining my skill. It was the first time I’d even picked up a pyrography pen and I have respect for pyrographers as it’s not an easy art. Del, Bobs wife, spoilt us beyond belief with lovely welsh treats and the most amazing lunch spread and a surprise quiz which was excellent fun. Bob and Del were the perfect hosts and Bob is amazingly talented at what he does - both the work he sells but also teaching. Thanks for a great day both x"

Burnt Offerings responded:

"Hi Carla. What a great review. Del and myself really enjoy having students here for the day to enjoy themselves and get something from my Pyrography Day. Many thanks for taking the time to send in your comments. You will be most welcome to come for another day sometime, Bob"
