FAQs

You will be using ANH Artisan’s tools during the course which will have been sharpened and prepared prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, you cannot use your own tools during the course as they may not be sharpened and set up safely and correctly for the day and we will not have time to prep additional kit. However if you have your own woodworking tools that you want to bring for advice on how to use them or set them up/sharpen then please do so, but they will be your responsibility to look after and ensure they are safely stored

The workshop is located within a former quarry which means some of the paths can be a little uneven underfoot. The workshop is accessed via a long ramp and we have accessible toilet facilites to the rear of the workshop. Our aim is to make our courses available to every woodworker, however please be aware the nature of the work we undertake duing the courses can be physically challenging, therefore if you have any questions or concerns regarding accessibility please get in touch and we can discuss how to accomodate your needs.
