Zoe Olivia Bradley reviewed: Make a Tiffany stained glass tea light

"We booked this for my mother in law as a Christmas present, and I decided that I would go along with her to keep her company. This presented with some level of anxiety as she’s the crafty one not me… but I wanted her to have someone to enjoy the course with. I am so glad I decided to come along. It was a brilliant course, and even novices like me were able to take something home that I’d be proud to put on the side! Kate was a fantastic course tutor, and was really encouraging. I’d definitely be back for another course. Thanks again."

Alison Wood reviewed: Botanical Linocut Workshop at Ransoms Pavilion, Hitchin, Hertfordshire

"I did the course yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed my morning. Kim taught us well and was positive and encouraging throughout. The weather was dreadful outside, but inside we were oblivious. The group size was just right, so we all got the attention we needed. I was very happy with the design I produced and am happy to give the cards to people I like! Thank you Kim."

Bob Clarke reviewed: Nature Captured in Silver Clay

"Had a fabulous day making three fine-silver pendants. Our instructor, Marianne, is very knowledgeable, and has a lovely, relaxed teaching style. I’d never made jewellery of any kind before, and didn’t expect to create anything of beauty, yet my finished items turned out well, and would not have looked out of place in any craft shop. Silver clay is an incredible material, and I was amazed how easy it is to work with. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending this course, which was both enjoyable and good value for money."

Grey Clouds & Silver Linings responded:

"Thank you, Bob, I’m so glad you enjoyed your day. I loved the pieces you made, well done to you and I look forward to seeing what you do in the future."

"Had a great day. Tutors were very helpful, kind and gave great guidance. This was the first time I've ever made a basket and I am now much more aware of the skill and energy that goes into making one. I got to make and take home a fairly huge basket which could house a small dog and I am very pleased with it! Very tasty lunch. All in all, a great day. I definitely recommend this course."

Jo Wells reviewed: Argentium Silver workshops. Design it, Create it, Love it.

"I had a lovely 1:1 day with Sally. Having a bit of silversmithing experience, I was interested to learn how to work with this very different silver alloy, and as this is Sally’s speciality, the day achieved just that. Having learnt to anneal, fuse and clean Argentium, I feel much better prepared to start on my own project. Sally was friendly and flexible, and the atmosphere comfortable and relaxed. Generous and delicious refreshments, although I was too full after the sandwich and salad to try the cakes! Easy to find, easy to park, great communication with Sally throughout, and very good value."

SallyC Jewellery responded:

"Hello Jo, thank you for your lovely comments, l too enjoyed the day and being able to show you the benefits in using AS. Please keep in touch and let me know how you are going on? Thank you SallyC"

Judy reviewed: 1-to-1 Organic Skincare Workshop at Maid in the Meadow

"I had an excellent day with Allison - she is really well versed in the technical side of making your own cosmetics but she made it very easy to understand. We had a lovely day and I would recommend the experience to any one with an interest in the subject or just wanting an interesting day out. I have a specific interest in re-creating a product that is no longer available and although it was not part of the course Allison has done a lot of research into what I might need and how to go about replicating it. Thank you so much."

Maid in the Meadow responded:

"Thank you so much for your review Judy and I'm so pleased you enjoyed you day in the workshop, it was definitely a fun day. I do hope you enjoy using the range of products you made and look forward to hearing from you when your own formulating project is complete. Best wishes for the future"
