I had no previous experience at lino cutting and Carrie was brilliant at making everyone feel relaxed and supporting us all through the stages. What a lovely fun experience and I am so pleased with my crackers and can't wait to bring them out on Christmas Day!"

"What a lovely way to spend a day learning a new skill, such a lovely peaceful setting and a nice cosy room. I throughly enjoyed finding out how to block print, as Alison was very helpful and informative giving us great tips on different techniques. The tea, coffee and cakes were an added bonus too. I’m looking forward to trying out some more printing at home. I throughly recommend this course either for yourself, a group of friends, or with family. "

It was so exciting opening the box and there was plenty of foliage to go at plus everything else needed. Loved the terracotta dish instead of plastic too!"

"I attended the course yesterday and came away not only with a beautifully hand-crafted K-tipped kitchen knife, but also a permanent grin on my face. Dave is a very methodical and meticulous tutor with plenty of experience and more importantly, patience. I have never done metalwork before but Dave was always there guiding me through each step of the way through shaping of the blade, forging and immersing it in oil to cool, shaping & sanding the handle and finally hand-polishing the blade. He even allowed me to make this into a single-beveled Kiritsuke knife. I have no hesitation in recommending this course to anyone who is looking for a rewarding experience. Many thanks, Dave! "

"I bought this experience as a 40th birthday gift for my friend and it was amazing! We both enjoyed it so much that we are both booking this for our families. Our teacher was so patient with us both. He explained the process first and then talked us through each stage as we went. Blowing glass is something neither of us have done before but we found it so relaxing and we both want to come back and do it again next year. "
