"Had a brilliant time on my course, Seb is a great tutor and I learnt a lot in a short space of time and I feel like I’ve been bitten by the carving bug! So much so that I’ve just bought my own set of gouges so I can continue carving at home."

"Another 5⭐️ experience with Jo! After thoroughly enjoying a furniture painting workshop, I booked on to the upholstery workshop and what a fantastic day it was. Lovely group of people to share the experience with and under the instruction of the fabulous Jo, we managed to make a pile of raw materials into gorgeous footstools. Jo made what I thought was going to be a really complex art of upholstery into a clear and understandable process. With handy tips at each stage, and a set of notes to take home, the workshop was delivered at a good pace. Really enjoyed the day, so much so that I've told everyone I know they will be getting a footstool for Christmas now!! Thanks to Jo for leading us in a great workshop and Jo's Mum for some scrumptious cakes. The lemon cupcakes were particularly lush. Thanks, Jo and Mum xx"

"I loved doing the willow structure course at Zantium Studios. Eddie was a brilliant teacher, endlessly patient with us novices. I produced something I was proud of and will take pride of place in my garden. The studio is amazing. Alison was lovely and the food was delicious. Despite the weather I had a great time and met some lovely people. Highly recommend. "

"What an excellent course. I joined the course knowing that it wouldn’t really apply to what I produce (which is very small) but wanted to learn about finishing techniques in general. I won’t be applying a French polish to my jewellery but I learned about the different stains and finishes, cautions about the solvents and how they can react together and much more. Well worth it and I’m very glad I came along."

"I had a wonderful day at Heather's wet felting workshop! I arrived with no knowledge of the technique but left with a good understanding of this fascinating technique and a 3D pot to show for it! What stood out most was Heather herself. She was friendly, welcoming, and warm. Her class was relaxed, with music playing in the background, and it was clear she genuinely wanted everyone to have fun and be creative. Heather didn't just show us "how" – she worked alongside us and took the time to explain "why" whenever it was relevant. She gently corrected us if we made mistakes, turning them into learning opportunities rather than something to be embarrassed about. The class was very interactive and engaging. I was amazed at how much I learned in a single day, going from a complete beginner to creating 2D felt art and even a 3D object. Heather generously provided all the materials, and the range of colours was fantastic. She didn't hold back on the supplies, either. I highly recommend the full-day class for anyone new to wet felting. Understanding the 2D technique is very helpful before moving on to 3D, though 3D is probably doable even if you're starting from scratch. Thank you, Heather, for an unforgettable experience! I can't wait to come back for another workshop."
