"Fantastic day with Hannah and her brother. Started with a forage for suitable live wood and the day spanned cutting your chosen branch through the stripping, sanding and staining process to make your chosen stick or staff. Option to make anything of your choice with all equipment and tuition provided. As a stick collector it was wonderfully rewarding for me to create my own wooden staff. Myself, partner and daughter all came away with our own very different and unique creations. A very friendly, relaxed and enjoyable day was had by all, with tea, coffee or hot chocolate thrown in for good measure. I thoroughly recommend this craft course which has given us all an item which we will use or just admire for many years to come ."

"I did the Stained Glass panel course in April 2024 (sorry for delayed review!) It was brilliant and I was really pleased to take home my panel at the end of the day. April is kind and patient and gives very clear instructions at each stage. You won’t get left behind if you are a bit slower and she will help you, both with technique and choice of colours/materials. I thoroughly recommend this day course, great value and I would do it again! Thanks!"

"I had a fabulous, informative day learning and trying out paint techniques with Jo at The Boho Shed. Jo was friendly, welcoming and shared her extensive personal knowledge of the paint types, techniques and tips. I’d done a fair bit of painting before but learnt a lot and got to try out new techniques with the close support of Jo. The course was in beautiful surroundings too and I had a lovely lunch at the cafe next door. Jo treated us throughout to home made cakes, closely supported our projects and ensured we had everything to hand. Highly recommend to beginners or those wanting to try out some new furniture painting techniques."

"If I could give 10 stars I would. From arriving until I left it was amazing. Will, our tutor was brilliant. He was organised, clear with instruction, helpful and very patient. I was thrilled with the piece I achieved (a lotus blossom) and although some of us were slow we were not rushed.
