Sarah reviewed: Fused glass workshop - make a colourful curve and two light catchers - Forest Row

"What a fantastic course to do for an introduction into working with these types of medium. I have never done anything like this before but Jane was a wonderful teacher and explained it all thoroughly before giving us a quick demo and then letting us get stuck in. It doesn’t matter if your not very creative as there lots of help and advice on offer. I found the three hours went too quick as I was enjoying it so much and afterwards I felt incredibly relaxed. Can’t wait to see the finished product in a few weeks. "

Mark reviewed: Traditional Leather Workshop (small leather goods)

"Don’t hesitate if you are thinking of booking this course. It was exceptional, a delight. I chose to make a fine leather belt and am very proud of the belt but more than that, I am so pleased to have learned the skills it took to make it by hand. Kingsley really knows his craft and presents the session with patience, skill, passion, warmth, and good humour. He is a relaxed and skilled presenter, a master of his subject, making it easy and immensely enjoyable to learn. I will return for more in future. I thoroughly recommend this course."

Noel Mc Laughlin reviewed: Beginners 1-day 1-2-1 woodturning workshop for 1 person

"I recently attended a 1-2-1 full day wood turning course, with Simon and Louise. I was welcomed by both, and immediately felt relaxed. Simon walked me through all the health and safety issues, before explaining about the lathes and tools that we would be using Simon was very patient and helpful throughout the day and is clearly an extremely competent, talented and professional turner. We completed 2 x tasks on the day and the time flew by as I enjoyed the challenges in a very relaxed atmosphere. Simon let me work alone but was onhand with advise and positive feedback throughout the day. The course was a present for me and I'm so glad to have had the experience. Thanks Simon and Louise for an extremely professional experience in a very relaxed atmosphere Noel "
