Beverley Boyle reviewed: Introduction To Welding & Basic Fabrication

"I totally loved my day with Joe, his knowledge and teaching techniques was exactly what I wanted. I am a woman (over 70) who loves learning new skills to forward my artistic skills and Joe was the guy to do this. He gave me the thumbs up on my machine that I had bought from SPA in Lancing, and some add ins I could get. But also for me was his banter and his enjoyment of life. "

SCAVENGER DESIGN BRIGHTON responded:

"Thanks very much. Likewise I enjoyed our day Joe "

Stephen Peerman reviewed: Mig Welding For Beginners Introductory Day Course.

"Attended the ‘Mig Welding for Beginners Introductory Day Course’ today, what a pleasure. Despite numerous hours watching online You Tube videos; it is not until the theory is put in to practice that the MIG process very quickly becomes less daunting. Tony with years of experience in both welding and teaching very quickly gets the novice up and running. I would estimate that over the day 2% is demonstration by Tony and the other 98% is ‘hands-on’ by the student. At the end of the day, which passes very quickly, I felt ready to invest in my own MIG and confident that I would be able to weld to an acceptable standard, albeit not as neat as Tony’s. Thank you for your time and advice, a worthwhile course. "

Newport Wrought Ironwork responded:

"Thank you Stephen for your very kind review it is much appreciated . I am extremely pleased that you enjoyed your time with me on the welding course and gained the confidence to move forward and purchase your own welding equipment. Please keep me updated and feel free to contact me in the future with any questions or advice . Regards Tony "

"What a fantastic course to do for an introduction into working with these types of medium. I have never done anything like this before but Jane was a wonderful teacher and explained it all thoroughly before giving us a quick demo and then letting us get stuck in. It doesn’t matter if your not very creative as there lots of help and advice on offer. I found the three hours went too quick as I was enjoying it so much and afterwards I felt incredibly relaxed.
