"I’m still in the calm/content state the weekend put me in! The beautiful outdoor setting was conducive to being creative, the tuition was informative and supportive yet we were all encouraged to express ourselves in a unique manner. I nearly didn’t attend the weekend as I had a plaster cast on my broken ankle but Sebastian couldn’t have done more for me to ensure I was able to participate effectively. I had a foot rest to keep my leg elevated, very easy access to the tools I needed and he kept an eye on my progress so I didn’t need to get up to seek help. We all agreed that we would return in the future for another workshop as we felt it was good value for money and were all delighted with our creations. If you are considering doing a creative workshop I would wholeheartedly recommend you book this one, you won’t regret it."

"Had a really great day with Jo yesterday. Lovely peaceful surroundings and a great, bright and pleasant workshop to work in. Watched lots of squirrels and rabbits playing in the woods. Not my first time working with Jo but I always learn something different. Came away with some lovely pieces (more than expected). Jo is very helpful and patient and offers great guidance - would recommend her workshops if you haven't already attended any. Left feeling very happy and relaxed."

"Lovely day spent with Liz learning Gelli Printing in a lovely light space and beautiful setting. We had plenty of time to experiment with different techniques and were encouraged all the way. The course was set at the right pace and for the right number of people. Can't wait to have a go at home and use alongside other crafts/printing projects. Would highly recommend the course and Liz's hospitality."

I had a properly ace day being taught an unknown skill by really friendly and truly talented smiths. You;ll keep all fingers and thumbs, don't worry they've got you covered ?. The blade I came away with is now pride of place on my cheese board. I will definitely be going back for the two day course at some point!"

Steve was a great teacher, guiding and mentoring throughout the day, and I made a knife that I'm proud of. + there was loads of cups of tea so an added bonus.
