"Imogen welcomed us into her lovely cottage with a beautiful wood burning fire. We set about drawing jugs and mugs. There was a huge mound of fabrics to look through for inspiration for our collage choices. Imogen also pointed things out to us in her own beautiful framed pictures. The home made cake was lovely. Thank you for making it Imogen. It was interesting to see the project that Imogen herself was working on. I’ll look forward to seeing her finished picture especially if it features the flat back which she showed us. I have come away from the day inspired by Imogen’s art and have spent most of today working on my collage. Thank you Imogen for your hospitality. "

"Imogen's welcome and her studio were both lovely and warm, on a very wet morning. We were encouraged to dive into the process, and draw from the special objects she provided. We had access to a wonderful selection of fabrics to stimulate and inspire our creativity. Imogen was able to offer us individual guidance, affirming our ideas and encouraging us to experiment with the techniques. "This as the third workshop I have done with Imogen and each time I have come away feeling totally inspired having learnt new techniques at each session. Her studio is as welcoming as Imogen herself and a great ‘arty’ space in which to immerse yourself for the day. It is comfortable and warm, and you are surrounded by her beautiful colourful textiles that encourage you to create your own. Imogen is a patient and encouraging tutor, generous both with her materials and time. I would thoroughly recommend her creative workshops as being suitable for both beginners and more experienced crafts people."
