Learn to knit at Debbie Bryan with Tanya. Absolute beginners welcome. You will learn the basics of knitting - cast on, knit, purl and cast off. All in the warm environment of our lovely city centre location. We will look at how to read knitting patterns, the importance of using the right yarn, how to check your gauge and knit at the right tension. Your tutor - Tanya is an awarding winning knitwear designer with over 20 years hand and machine knitting experience. She specialises in Fair Isle and Gansey knitting and has enjoyed teaching people to knit in various knitting clubs across the country.
