"This was bought as a gift for my husband. He enjoyed the course very much. The instructors were very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. It was a small group which facilitated easy access to help if needed. A delicious lunch was provided. He returned home tired but happy together with his beautifully carved cheese board! "
