"Lucy is a great teacher, she showed us all the steps to make the bells and was happy to answer any questions or help. The studio is a lovely charming space, with a very relaxed feel. Thoroughly recommend we'll definitely be going back for more classes. "

"This Kintsugi afternoon workshop was really enjoyable and the time just whizzed past! I took a rather ambitious broken vase to repair, but Lucy was very encouraging and supportive and I completed the project I took with me. I am really delighted with the finished item, and my cat has been banned from going anywhere near it again. The process is interesting and I would recommend having a go. The rural venue is beautiful and a lovely place to spend a few hours. "

"Bought this course as a Xmas prezzie for my mum. We both really enjoyed it and produced a very nice end product via the process that was completely new to us. Great tutor, venue and cake!! "

"Absolutely fabulous workshop with Lucy today at her studio in the most beautiful surroundings. We took part in the Kintsugi workshop which was a lot of fun as well as informative. Lucy knows her art and the philosophy of Kintsugi is at the forefront. There's also time for tea and cake (Lucy bakes! Which was a lovely surprise) and we have something stunning and a new skill to take home. Can't recommend highly enough! Only regret was not bringing my broken dip dish to repair!"

Studio Kinkou responded:

"Thank you, it was lovely to meet you all. You were a fun and very talented group. "

We went as a family group of 5 adults and small dog. We all really enjoyed meeting Lucy and found the course stimulating. There was also delicious carrot cake and hot drinks. Thank you Lucy!"
