"Highly recommended! Gave my daughter a voucher for a glass fusion workshop for 2 for her birthday and luckily for me she asked me to go with her. Neither of us had ever worked with glass before and Sarah was very patient and helpful, allowing us to make 3-4 pieces each which we are delighted with. A lovely experience all round."

Sarah Greening Glass responded:

"So pleased you both enjoyed the experience - great fun to do together! Many thanks for taking the time to review."

"I attended Sarah’s glass fusion workshop with my mum, sister and daughter and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Sarah was very patient and clear with her instructions. Sarah is very talented and with her help and guidance we all managed to create 4 beautiful pieces each in our morning session. Collection of our finished items was just a couple of days later. I really recommend this workshop. We had such a lovely Saturday morning being creative. Thank you Sarah."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my 1:1 fused glass with Sarah. She was very well prepared for the session and very clear in her explanation and instruction. I also appreciated that she was "hands off" allowing me to play and create my own pieces rather than making me follow a pre-determined template. I was pleasantly surprised by how many pieces I was allowed to make in a 4 hour class. It was really interesting to learn some of the chemistry behind the process. Excellent value for money and very enjoyable. Hope to have another go soon."

"Attended a class on a weekend, where I did a 1 on 1 session with Sarah. She was a great instructor, gave me loads of advice for the pieces I was attempting to create and there were a lot of available examples to inspire creativity. There were a lot more creative options than I expected and the class was great fun! Have recommended this class to friends and family, well worth the price!!!"

"Went with my Mum as our Birthday gifts to each other! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and learned so much. We could happily have stayed all day and 'played' as the possibilities are endless. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to try something different regardless of whether you feel you are creative or not. I'm hooked!!! Thank you Sarah."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my first two hour session making a pendant, a Christmas decoration and a sun catcher and was delighted with the result. I was more confident with a second session and had more of a plan of what I wanted to do. Sarah was so helpful and accommodating without "taking over". I made a larger sun catcher which sits beautifully in a small round window and some more Christmas decorations which are so simple to do and very effective. I would heartily recommend this course to anyone - it is great fun!"

"My sister, her daughter and granddaughter were visiting Worcester for the week so we teamed up with my daughter too and booked the pottery & glass workshop day. This is the first time we had all done anything like this and our ages varied from 56 down to 11. We couldn't have booked a more suitable and fabulous day for us all!! We all thoroughly enjoyed both the glass making and the pottery. We particularly enjoyed the lunch too! Wow! Delicious! One of our party is gluten free and Sarah and Chris were happy to accommodate this. I can seriously recommend this day for anyone who wants to try something new. I'm collecting our creations this week and very excited to see how they all turned out. Thank you Chris and Sarah for your patience and talents. Well worth the money."

"I bought this for my wife’s birthday and she was so thrilled with it. We both went and had 2 hrs of really interesting introduction to glass fusion techniques and came away with a number of beautiful coasters/stirrers/wall plaques. Enjoyed it so much that I may even buy my own kiln!"

"There were five of us on the one day pottery and glass course. We split into two groups: my sister-in-law and I spent the morning with Sarah, who introduced us to the art of glass fusing, whilst the others tried their hand at the potter’s wheel with Chris. We broke the day with Sarah’s delicious homemade lunch then swapped workshops in the afternoon. Despite the fact we were all novices, we were thrilled with our creations and came away with an array of goodies from decorated pots to Christmas tree decorations, and lots more besides. The sessions were well-organised, informative and good fun. Chris and Sarah’s expertise and enthusiasm for their work was clear. I highly recommend both workshops to anyone who would like to try a new skill, develop existing skills further or simply recharge their batteries by doing something mindful and completely different. I can’t wait to come back ..."

"My children bought me this course for my 60th birthday. Wasn't sure what to expect so turned up with no expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed the course. Sarah took time to find out what I wanted to achieve, explain the processes I would need and demonstrate them. We had a joint interest in the Worcester Warriors and so I chose to make a coaster, cuff links etc around this theme. Sarah's relaxed approach was just what was needed. Her use of the microwave showed that it would be possible to make many items without a heavy investment in a kiln thus making it possible for people to try the hobby without a big outlay. I thoroughly recommend the course for anyone looking for a new hobby."

"My friend and I joined one of Sarah's workshops this morning and we absolutely loved it. We had both done a couple of fusing classes previously and wanted to do more. Sarah's class was no disappointment. We did so much in the time and people who had done nothing produced beautiful pieces. I can't wait to see my fired work. She is someone who loves what she does and it shows. I will be going back as I want to try more jewellery work. I will also be going to her husband, Chris who is a potter. Friendly, welcoming and inspiring. Thank you!"

"Thank you so much Sarah, for a wonderful afternoon in your gorgeous (and warm!) studio. I am not creative at all, and I was so surprised at how easy, with Sarah's help, it was to make a couple of decorations and a piece of jewellery. I had so much fun and really enjoyed myself. Sarah is an excellent teacher, and has a wide range of materials to use. I will definitely be booking in again soon for another session!"

"Glass Fusing - Fun, Creative and Excellent Value A warm welcome was given to Heather and myself as we slightly nervously entered Sarah 's Studio . The organisation and availability of materials were impressive. We were taught well and give freedom to make a piece of jewellery . I thoroughly enjoyed making my Snowman Decoration and will think fondly of the course when I use my pretty cocktail stirrer in my gin! I valued being in a relaxing and creative environment. I learnt about the crafting skills needed and I valued the way we were led through the two hours Thank you and good luck for Sarah's next exhibition . I unreservedly recommend Sarah's class. Yours sincerely, Mo Wood"

"I had an fantastic time on this course; Sarah showed me several techniques and finished products as inspiration then let me get creating using the wide variety of materials she had. I managed to finish a few pieces, which Sarah helped me to perfect, and I can't wait to see how they look after being fired in the kiln! I would highly recommend this course to anyone - either complete beginner or early learner. You will love it!"

"I booked a 2 hour Taster Lesson on a one to one basis with Sarah on the spur of the moment. Sarah was so welcoming and put me at ease immediately. I was apprehensive about glass cutting, but I need not have worried, I actually only cut glass twice during the lesson and that was only to see if I could! There are so many different forms of glass not to mention colours to use I was spoilt for choice! Sarah explained the process extremely well and I made my first pendant which went in the microwave kiln! Brilliant as you get to see the results before leaving the two hour lesson, although it does need to continue cooling and Sarah attaches a bale to complete the pendant for your collection or packaging and posting to you. I became quite creative! I had plenty of time to make two suncatchers and two pendants in my taster. I would recommend the lesson to anyone who is either not sure if they will enjoy it or perhaps is unsure of being able to do it. Sarah is very knowledgeable and a very good communicator which results in a very enjoyable and creative atmosphere. I cannot wait to collect my pieces and have another go! Watch out...it is addictive! I'm thinking of getting a kiln now!"
