"I had a really enjoyable day making a silk peony, instructed by Rose. She was very patient and gave good instructions which really helped. The peony itself was a very complicated flower but Rose took us through us step by step. I was very happy how mine turned out, but don't think I could replicate it at home as it felt very complicated, but I'd love to try a different flower. Also, having a full set of instructions to take home would've been really good, so if I was feeling a bit brave, I could work through them step by step. "

"I attended the cherry blossom workshop hosted by Rose. I must say I was amazed at the result of what I produced at the end of the day. It was well worth getting the skills and knowledge throughout the workshop to end up with a beautiful piece of creative art. Rose took the group through each of the steps with the utmost professionalism and encouraged me as a non crafter to carry out each stage at a slight slower pace than the other attendees. The supportive environment in which the workshop took place was welcoming and time flew by. We were all so delighted and proud with what we had accomplished. I will make a point of seeking out another workshop to add to my crafting CV! Thank You "

"What a fabulous day! I had a lovely day, welcomed by Rose for her silk cherry blossom workshop. Feeling a bit nervous as I was on my own, but so were others and instantly made to feel at ease. Rose had prepped everything and explained so clearly what we needed to do, you could hear our concentration as we immersed ourselves in the tasks. A great way to explore our creative side and meet likeminded people. Such a fun day and the blossom looks lovely on my table. Thank you so much. X"

"I have just completed the workshop with rose making cherry blossom. I was a bit apprehensive to start with as I have never made any silk flowers before and I didn’t think it will be easy to make from scratch, but I needn’t have worried. Rose was excellent at explaining the process step by step. She made sure it was an enjoyable as well as an informative experience for us. I thoroughly enjoyed the day. Time went so quick and I ended up with a beautiful display. It was definitely worth the 90miles drive to attend this course and will definitely do it again. Thanks a lot rose for a most enjoyable day x"

"What a lovely day we had. Rose is an excellent teacher, very patient and helpful. The course, making velvet poppies, was a birthday gift to my sister, allowing us to spend a creative, fulfilling day learning a new skill, together. I had attended one of Rose's courses previously, on that occasion creating a beautiful Christmas decoration. On both days the preparation for the courses was meticulous and refreshments were generously supplied. At the end of the day all the students left with a beautiful flower. I highly recommend these courses and will definitely be doing more of them in the future."

"I have attended 2 of the silk flower making courses now and have found each one so enjoyable. A real chance to explore my creativity while learning new skills with such wonderful results. Rose provides excellent tuition and encourages you to express your own originality with a wealth of choices. The venue has an ambient atmosphere of comfort, spaciousness, ideal for relaxation and helping you unwind. Rose puts a lot of thought into making each workshop original and seasonal. Touches like offering complimentary mulled wine at the Christmas Roses workshop was welcomed by all. I made new friends and felt like therapy for the soul."

"An excellent day, productive and very creative, using techniques with heat that produced effective results. Managed to produce a really lovely Gerbera inspired brooch that is perfect to wear on my coat, jacket or my broad straw hat I wore the next day. Rose is warm and very welcoming and modelled each step in the process perfectly."
