I’m Kester Hew Crawford, a landscape painter living in rural Norfolk.
I became captivated by art during the history of art lectures I attended whilst studying architectural design at university.
In my paintings, I try to communicate the aspects of the ever-changing landscapes that I value most. I approach the art making process from a designer’s standpoint and I continually experiment with different approaches and techniques to enable me to represent the landscapes and seascapes I know and cherish in new and inspiring ways.
I am currently represented by The Point Contemporary gallery in Cromer, Norfolk and The Thornhill Art Gallery in Portsmouth, USA.
