"I recently attended this full day fused glass workshop with my daughter, and we had a lovely time. Nicky was friendly and knowledgeable, providing clear guidance on the basics of fused glass techniques. We made three pieces each which required lots of creativity and we were quite exhausted by the end! The materials provided were of good quality, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. We certainly can now appreciate the hard work that goes into fused glass art! I’d definitely recommend the workshop if you want to expand your creativity and try something new."

"Nicky was a kind and thoughtful tutor, and we learned a huge amount about glass and creating designs. This workshop really encouraged us to make any shape or subject we wanted - there was no sense that everyone in the small group had to make the same thing. The location in a blossom-filled orchard was a bonus - a very peaceful and restoring day."

"Myself and my girlfriend attended the half day course but we got so engaged that we ended up paying for the full day! Nicky was very friendly and hospitable. "Booked 1/2 day glass fusion workshop with Nicky really last minute, she was so quick to respond and provided all the information needed. The workshop was just what we were looking for and Nicky offered lots of great advice and tips when making our designs. There were lots of options and styles to choose from. Nicky was really friendly and provided a lovely relaxing space to spend an afternoon. We are really looking forward to collecting our coasters once they’ve been fired. Thanks again :) "

"I arranged for my wife to attend this as a birthday present for her and she absolutely loved it. Nicky was patient, accommodating and very friendly throughout. My wife is a very creative person and was very impressed at how much Nicky was able to let her bring out that creativity in such a short time. In the end she created a piece that she was very pleased with, despite never having heard of glass fusion before and is very keen to go back and give it another go. "

There were so many options in terms of what we could make, and having started the day not having a clue what I would do I am now excited to see the finished product. I would definitely recommend this course to anybody wanting a relaxed creative crafty day."
