"Melanie was an amazing a very friendly bubbly and attentive host , tea, coffee and cake was offered continuously we had a three tier snack stack filled with delicious nibbles chocolates and biscuits. The course was fabulous her teaching and explanations was easy to listen to and learn...we really enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended"

"My granddaughter and I have just completed the fused glass lantern course with Melanie and we both loved every minute of it. This is our first glass fusing course, but it won’t be our last with Melanie. The workshop had a very relaxed atmosphere and Melanie is a great tutor, who explains everything very clearly and patiently. Tea and proper coffee was available (and cake and biscuits) were available throughout the course. Will be booking our next course as soon as I have finished this review. Thank you Melanie for the wonderful introduction to glass fusing."

"I really enjoyed this course. Melanie's instructions were really clear and even though it was online it was fun working alongside the other participants. The kit had everything needed to make the picture, with plemty left over for another one. Unwrapping the felt picture I had created was very satisfying - quite magical how the wisps of wool laid down on the bubble-wrap turn into a piece of art. It was great to be able to join this from my kitchen and I hope Melanie will continue to run these online even when it's possible to have face to face courses again."

"The kit that Melanie provided was excellent. Lots of lovely yarns, very well collated to allow lots of scope/flexibility and enough for 2 pictures. Beautifully presented too and kind to the environment. The course was excellent. Very friendly, the right pace and really good, clear instructions. The instruction booklet is also very good so I feel confident that I will be able to do more on my own. Melanie has lots of good advice about embellishing, stitching/embroidery etc as well, so I am really looking forward to finishing this project off. I thoroughly enjoyed this course and recommend it wholeheartedly."

"A gift for my birthday, and what a fabulous experience it was. Melanie sent through a super kit full or beautiful wool for the session and all the bits you would need. A clear booklet with pictures to keep and help to remind you of the step by step process. Melanie was friendly, encouraging and answered the questions I had. The end results was quite special and I really cant wait to try this again on my own. A super course that has been well thought out and is very easy to follow. "This was a brilliant experience throughout. The kit was sent in good time and was really good quality. It included a step by step visual guide which was well put together and very helpful. The zoom call was brilliant. Content was spot on. Mel has a great way of explaining each step and it was really nice to work through the same steps with others. Next best thing to face to face. Able to have a chat at the same time. I am super pleased with my final piece of felt. Mel explained how to go on to embellish the work. The tips were helpful and gave me confidence to finish the project. I can’t wait to make my next piece. Would highly recommend this course."

"I had a lovely afternoon last week creating my first felt landscape. The kit that came in advance was beautifully put together and instruction book so thorough. The online class went at a gentle pace and let me thoroughly enjoy the experience. I am so delighted with my finished landscape and the kit came with enough extra to do another one so I could involve my 10 year old too! There are two happy felters in my house after this course. I would highly recommend it!"

I'm probably one of the least arty/crafty people around but with Melanie's instruction and guidance I was able to complete my felting picture (and quite proud of it too!). The written instructions which are issued with the kit beforehand are very detailed and easy to follow. There's enough material in the kit to create two pictures so I'm about to start the second one on my own and I know where I can maybe make some improvements. I definitely recommend the online course."
