"My husband and I had a wonderful day with Phil on the Spanish and Mexican Tapas cooking course. The kitchen and setting is beautiful and Phil was welcoming, friendly and had a lovely calm and knowledgable way of teaching. He was very insightful and we learnt some great tips and ideas to takeaway with us. The food was exceptional and of very high quality, having lunch overlooking the gardens was so peaceful and a great experience. Thank you so much Phil, we had a great day, learnt lots, and are very full from all the delicious foods! We’d recommend this course to anyone! Michelle & Graham x"

"I ended up with a 1:1 day with Phil for this course and it was great! Really friendly and welcoming, easy to understand the directions and also some choice in what to cook! Really tasty food and easy to replicate at home and find the ingredients in supermarkets! Took home lots of food for dinner and had an amazing lunch too! Value for money definitely."

"I really enjoyed this course. Not being a confident cook I was a little apprehensive but Phil immediately put me at ease. He was patient and encouraging and shared a lot of great tips. I appreciated his broad and plentiful choice of recipes and watching, participating and eating in his super kitchen set in a delightful location. I can highly recommend this good value course to both experience and inexperienced cooks. "

"I booked this course for my sister-in-law's birthday. We both thoroughly enjoyed learning how to make delicious Mexican and Spanish dishes, and came away with lots of lovely food to take home. Phil and his wife were very welcoming and they live in a beautiful, peaceful place in the Suffolk countryside. The kitchen was very well equipped, and was the perfect place to learn how to cook all the dishes. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch overlooking the garden. It was a lovely day, I can 100% recommend doing this cooking class. Thanks again Phil, we will definitely be back to do future cookery courses!"

"Phil has a lovely teaching style and helps along the way as the course members try out the recipes. He clearly has a lot of experience with this style of cookery. The ingredients provided are fresh and good quality and the equipment and kitchen area are modern and well laid out. It was great to try out the various tapas we created along the way and to take some home. Recipe sheets are also provided . All in all a thoroughly enjoyable and good value day which I would recommend. "

"On this day course I learned how to create delicious, traditional Spanish and Mexican tapas that are easy to make and great for entertaining family and friends. Phil was warm, welcoming and made the course easy to follow, interactive, very informative with lots of great tips and the food was soooo tasty.......we had some for lunch and some we took home. The classes are small and so it is great to attend alone or with someone else. The course included teaching skills and cooking demonstrations by Phil and also hands on workshops in a very modern, well equipped and purpose-built kitchen. I would recommend this course to anyone interested in preparing and cooking great food."
