Steve Bellerby reviewed: Paint pouring with tea & cake

"We had an amazing afternoon, 4 of us having our first go at pour painting. It was really relaxed, gave enough tuition and confidence to get going and then help with whatever method we wanted to try. The whole experience was friendly and fun but with a real core of professionalism. We were really pleased with our efforts and our fine art student niece has already been showing what she learned to her fellow students. This was awesome and if you're wondering about whether to give it a go, just get yourself booked on a workshop with Dina."

Alexandra reviewed: Felt Pictures-Painting with fibres - intro to 2D wet felting/felt making

"I really enjoyed this class. It was my first time wet felting and Heather struck a great balance between explaining the process and guiding us through while allowing us to learn by doing. I feel like I have a good basis for continuing with my own projects. Heather was also really welcoming and fun to chat to. She even threw in a bit of felting history. A really fun and pleasant learning experience."

Julia B reviewed: Mixed Media workshop with Clare Cosens

"A great course and lovely way to spend a Saturday morning with like minded people. This is the second course I’ve done with Clare. On both occasions I’ve learnt a lot and have been surprised how quickly you can pick up a new skill, create something you are pleased with. Clare is a great teacher and explains everything thoroughly before you start working on your project. It doesn’t matter what experience you have, Clare is on hand to give advice, suggestions and tips to everyone in the class. Clare has extensive knowledge working with mix-media and is always looking for new ideas and methods to add that extra ā€œedgeā€ to her work and to pass on to people on her courses. "

Clare Cosens Designs responded:

"Many thanks for your kind words Julia. I’m really pleased that you enjoyed the workshop. I loved the way you stitched the botanicals to your artwork!"
