How this was made
These seaweeds were collected locally to where I live along the West Sussex coast. I forage for these beautiful seaweeds at all times of the year. I then take them home and use traditional seaweed pressing techniques to preserve the specimens.

With over 25 years of teaching experience in adult education, colleges and working with local communities, Tricia is a passionate and qualified art tutor dedicated to helping students unlock their creativity. She holds a B.A. (Hons) degree in Related Arts and a range of teaching qualifications, offering professional, supportive guidance across a wide variety of art and craft disciplines. As a practising artist, Tricia has exhibited her work both nationally and internationally. Now based in West Somerset, she teaches private courses for both adults and children, creating a welcoming, nurturing environment for learners of all levels.
