Description
There is something very special about personally designed and printed Christmas cards and gift tags. Here is the opportunity to design and print your own unique creations. In this workshop we will help you to choose a suitable design that can be easily replicated as a lino print. We will transfer the design onto soft cut lino, cut, ink and print it onto a variety of papers and card stock. At the end of the day you will have made 20 cards and you will have the skills to continue printing at home from your own linocut design. Items to bring: ideas for designs or existing cards you would like to base your design on. Apron.
What's included in the price?
Included in the day: Lino, inks, paper and card (you may bring your own tools if you prefer). We also have cutting tools, brayers and printing inks for sale. 20 blank cards All tools and equipment Detailed demonstrations 1 to 1 guidance A selection of teas, freshly brewed coffee, biscuits, mince pies and mulled wine! And of course you take your wonderful creations from the day. If you share any photographs of your day here and/or your finished work, we’d love to see them so please tag us on social media. Terms - Fee is payable on booking. If, having booked, you cancel your booking, we are unable to offer a refund. However, you may nominate someone else to attend the workshop or class in your place by notifying us. We reserve the right to cancel a workshop up to 48 hours prior to the workshop date.
