Maker
I’m a British Army Veteran from the Queen Alexandra Royal Army Nursing Corps, medically discharged in 2018 after 22 years of service due to PTSD. While traditional treatments like EMDR, CBT, and medication were part of my recovery, I found unexpected healing through a creative activity during a Help for Heroes course—metal engraving. Despite having no artistic background, I discovered a real passion for it, and it’s become a meaningful hobby that supports my mental health. I’ve now taken the step to run my own workshops and would love for you to join and experience this simple, enjoyable, and therapeutic activity.
