Description
Four hour workshop in the beautiful Welsh hills learning how to eco print on paper. We will learn some common plants that give good prints and gather leaves to work with. In the art studio you'll learn how to layer the leaves with the paper, how to bring out your prints, the equipment and materials involved, and how to set up the pot. Either on the campfire (weather depending - or on the stove) you can put your papers into the pot on the fire/stove to do their magic. While those are on the fire we will have lunch hour (after eating you could either enjoy the garden, relax in the studio, or a stroll through the lanes, there are beautiful views). After lunch hour you will create a little booklet to take home with you and put into practice your eco printing. When the pot is ready, finish the process, and then unwrap your exciting parcel of prints. The workshop may have others attending, or might be just yourself. If you would prefer a one to one session please message me. If you are travelling to get here, there is a farm cottage and a cabin on site that may be available for you to book.

I teach creative yarn spinning, beginners spinning, drop spindle, wet felting, creative crochet & knitting, recycled textiles, & wild weaving. I teach personal classes and group retreats.
