Description
Come along and make a clutch bag in a day on this NEW course! On the course you will firstly learn about different types of leather and how to select the right type for your bag. Choose from either a tote bag or fold over clutch bag design. Furthermore, you will learn how to create an internal pocket as well as how to make and attach handles. All sewing is done on one of my 3 INDUSTRIAL SEWING MACHINES which you will get to practice on first. Tools, equipment and materials are all provided with a range of colours to choose from. Subsequently, you may also emboss your initials onto the bag for that personal touch! - Workshop duration: 1 day, 10am-5pm with 45 mins for lunch. - Maximum 3 people at my Essex studio Please contact me via the 'message the tutor' button below. Tools, equipment and materials are all provided with a range of colours to choose from. Tea and coffee will be provided throughout the day, you just need to bring a packed lunch.

Maker
My designs are mainly influenced by geometric shapes and Art Deco design. I've built up a wide range of skills and now have the luxury of time and space to make my own products and to experiment with techniques and styles. Ultimately though, I love passing on my passion for leather craft to other people by running a series of workshops. I cater for both individuals with 1 to 1 tuition and groups at my Essex studio or larger groups at other venues so email me if you'd like more information.
