Beginners breadmaking workshop
Description
Have fun learning traditional bread making, bake a white bloomer, and local speciality Kentish Huffkins and a walnut and rye ring loaf. Master all the basics of bread making, with lots of hands on experience. Monique will lead the courses. She has been baking bread for many years for family, friends, herself catering cottage guests and a local hotel. This embedded her passion for food and baking, particularly local regional food. Our kitchen has a large granite central island where all the baking action takes place. We provide all the ingredients and equipment - you just need to turn up and be prepared to bake! We have sampled other courses and brought together all our favourites with some great tips, techniques and recipes to enable you to try them at home. Numbers are strictly limited to 8 to make sure everyone gets to see and participate in the baking fun.
