Organise a beeswax candle making workshop - minimum of 10 participants.

This is an opportunity for you to arrange a workshop where the tutor travels to you, at a location of your choosing (within a 35 mile radius of post code GU11, Guildford Surrey - excluding outer/central London). This workshop is a group activity were each attendee will make 4 beeswax candles. No tools or melting are involved, as the wax is pre-cut. The price quoted is to facilitate a workshop at a location of your choosing, for a minimum of 10 attendees. If under 10 attendees, the cost remains the same. However, over 10 attendees, there is an additional cost of £5 per person for materials. Just get in touch via the 'message the tutor' button with a proposed date of the event, your post code, and the number of attendees (if over 10). I will then confirm my availability and any additional cost. The number of attendees is dependent on the size of the venue and number of tables available at the venue; as a very rough guide, around a 90x180cm (3" x 6") table should accommodate 6 people - check first! Subject to availability. I am available most weekdays AM or PM, with limited availability on Saturdays. I am not available on Sundays. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions below. Terms & conditions: If you are booking this as a social event, please allow plenty of time to set-up, for people to socialise, if applicable. As the organiser you will be responsible for: - All attendees being over 18. - Using CraftCourses website to book and pay for the workshop. - Booking and paying for the hire of any venue. - Covering the cost of providing any refreshments, etc. - Ensure the venue can supply enough tables and chairs to accommodate the number of attendees. - Being compliant with any applicable and relevant regulations and guidelines. - Ensuring the venue has current household/property insurance that will cover the proposed event. For the organiser: - If you need to cancel, please refer to the cancellation policy below. - In the event of Rowhill Candles (Brian Graham) unable to attend the event, the organiser, because of possible expenses, may want to consider event cancellation insurance. If Rowhill candles (Brian Graham) cancels: - Any liability will be limited only to refunding, via Craft Courses, the cost of the workshop including the materials. - Rowhill Candles (Brian Graham) does not accept any responsibility for failure by the organiser to pay the venue hirer or contribute to any costs associated with organising this event.
