Description
This is an opportunity for you to arrange a candle making demonstration where the tutor travels to you, at a location of your choosing (please note, you must be within a 35 mile radius of post code GU11, Guildford Surrey, excluding outer/central London). The price quoted is to facilitate a non-participating candle making demonstration at a location of your choosing. The number of attendees is only limited by a location that can safely accommodate the attendees. To confirm my availability, contact me via the 'message the tutor' button, with a proposed date and your post code. Subject to availability, I am available most weekdays AM or PM, with limited availability on Saturday. I am not available on Sundays. Terms & conditions: If you are booking this as a social event, please allow plenty of time to set-up, for people to socialise and if applicable, tea and coffee. It is suggested to allow approximately around 3 hours. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions before you commit. As the organiser you will be responsible for: - Ensuring all attendees are over 18. - Using the CraftCourses website to pay and book the workshop. - Booking and paying for the hire of any venue. - Covering the cost of providing any refreshments, etc. - Ensure the venue can supply enough chairs to accommodate the number of attendees. - Being compliant with any applicable and relevant regulations and guidelines. - Ensuring the venue has relevant & current insurance/s that will cover the proposed event. For the organiser: - If you need to cancel, please refer to the cancellation policy below. - In the event of Rowhill Candles (Brian Graham) being unable to attend the event, as organiser, you may wish to consider event cancellation insurance. If Rowhill Candles (Brian Graham) cancels: - Any liability will be limited only to refunding, via CraftCourses, i.e. the cost of the workshop. - Rowhill Candles (Brian Graham) does not accept any responsibility for failure by the Organiser to pay the venue hirer or contribute to any costs associated with organising this event.
