Description
Our painting class is designed to cater to all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned artists. Although we mainly work in acrylics, if participants choose to they can also work in water colour or oils. Arrangements can be made as long as the tutor is informed prior to the class. Your tutor will be on hand to guide you, whichever paint medium you choose to work with and as a group there will be a range of different subject areas for you to choose from to paint. Unlike other classes, we emphasise personal expression and creativity, allowing you to explore various techniques while developing your own artistic voice.
What's included in the price?
Your tutor will provide all art materials for your first session including paper, paints and brushes including art session guidance. Teas and coffees provided as well as plentiful parking and stunning views from the studio across the valley. You may also bring your own art materials if preferred.

FAQs
We have an outside toilet which is kept in good working order and cleaned regularly. Unfortunately, it is not accessible for wheelchair users because it has a step.
As we are a farm based studio, underfoot outside is not completely even for wheelchairs, however we do have a wheelchair ramp and the studio can be accessed for wheelchair users. Our toilet does have a small step to access, though.
Youngsters are allowed to attend a workshop if accompanied by an adult. Typically we do not accept children under the age of 12 unless there is a workshop aimed at younger children.
No, apologies we do not allow dogs on site unless you are bringing a therapy dog or guide dog. Please ensure to contact us via the 'message the tutor' button before booking if this is the case.
Yes, we have wifi.
If coming to study a day workshop session, yes, please be sure to bring a packed lunch with you on the day. Hot drinks and biscuits will be provided during break times.
Yes, we have a large parking area upon your arrival when you drive up the short gravel entrance track.
