"What a fantastic day I had making chefs knives . I was under the excellent supervision of Dave , who explained everything fully on what to do and more importantly what not to do which helped put me at ease. I can fully recommend this as something to try as you walk away at the end with an amazing product , which you made , it doesn’t come better than that.
My only comment would be that this course needs to state what to bring in the way of drinks / food as non are provided and it would have helped to know this in advance , all I was told that there was no drinking water on site . But as I said this didn’t dampen my experience in any way at all .
