"It was a very hot day but Tejal made us feel very comfortable with cooling and air conditioning which really helped us focus on the activities. We enjoyed every single step which Tejal explained in depth. She also gave us sufficient time to practice and gain confidence in using all tools, which resulted in lovely stained glass decorations. Refreshments were offered. We really recommend the one day workshop for beginners with Tejal. Thank you for a nice day!"

"My friend and I have just come back from a brilliant day learning this craft of copper foil stained glass, and could not be more pleased with our sun catchers. Tejal was an excellent teacher, demonstrating and explaining each stage of the process, allowing us to work at our own pace. We learnt so much and she has inspired us to be more creative, cannot wait to put all the hints and techniques into practice. Would definitely recommend this if you want to learn a new craft in a relaxed calm space - lovely studio Thanks Tejal for a fantastic day !!"

Once you have had the next stage of instruction, she is there to help or explain something but leaves you alone to create your masterpiece. "I have just completed a 1-day stain glass making course with Tejal. It was a really excellent day. I learnt so much from Tejal, who is a great teacher. The ambience, from the moment I arrived, was very welcoming and calm. The studio is beautiful in a garden setting. I had no idea what to expect but found the whole stained glass-making process, from start to finish, fascinating. Tejal has a way of explaining things in a way that is easy to comprehend. I am dyslexic, so often struggle with things initially, but I did not struggle on this course. I will definitely attend future courses and would not hesitate to recommend this course to anyone interested in the creative arts, especially stained glass. I had always admired this craft but realised that you really need to be shown the stages before you could start this as a hobby. I was lucky to have Tejal all to myself and by bringing lunch and refreshments with me I managed to use all the hours we had to create a piece I can be proud of. "Really recommend this course. I was lucky enough to have a one on one class with Tejal and the experience was really fun and relaxed. I went in knowing nothing about stain class and came out feeling I had learnt a brand new skill and with a lovely new stain glass decoration which I was very pleased with. I enjoyed learning the varied steps it takes to make the finish product and Tejal was an excellent teacher and also very easy to have a nice chat with while we worked. All in all a great day!"

"What a wonderful day. Teacher was very kind, considerate and informative, supportive when needed but also had the balance right to leave you to get lost in your creation also. The selection of colored glass was vast which felt like you could create almost anything. The studio was very clean and felt covid safe which was felt nice to have that anxiety removed so you can fully enjoy the day. The day did not feel long enough as I was enjoying it so much! I wonder if it would be possible to make two pieces, one incredibly simple one to warm up and then maybe one main piece? It would only add to the wonderful feeling you get when you create something to be proud of in a medium I definitely hadn't used before. OR maybe this is me being greedy and not wanting the day to finish! It was brilliant experience and you leave with something you can be truly proud of - don't be scared of the glass - it is stronger than you think - just go for it!"
