The day was brilliant; interesting, informative and enjoyable from start to finish and my husband & I are absolutely delighted with the garden flowers we made. Adrian & Andy were helpful, friendly and always on hand to give a little support where required and Debbie deserves a special mention for the delicious home made lunch, cakes & biscuits! It was excellent value for money - and seeing some of Adrian's amazing pieces in progress was an added bonus."

There are lots of steps to the process of making a professional quality knife and we went through all of these at just the right pace.
