deborah clarke reviewed: PaperCrafts & Cardmaking Craft Sessions with Stampin Up Demonstrator

"Myself and my daughter have attended a few of Lindsey's courses, I would have done more if I could ( but holidays got in the way). She is fabulous, informative, patient and her demo cards are just beautiful. I always come away wishing I could go back next week. I have taken away some great ideas to put to the test at home. If you do want to purchase stock , she can help , but there is no mention of buying anything, in fact I had to ask... thanks Lindsey (great value for money)."

"This two-day course is fabulous! Jonathan is so knowledgeable and the pace of the course was perfect with plenty of time for questions and extra attempts if we needed them. The sense of accomplishment is fantastic - I went as a complete beginner and can't believe what I achieved under Jonathan's expert tutoring. If you've ever wanted to try something like this, don't wait any longer - I have already started recommending the course to others. Thank you Jonathan, I've absolutely got the jewellery-making bug."

Paul Burt reviewed: Woodturning courses in Hampshire - Beginners and improvers wood turning courses - Turn British, all British lathes!!

"My grown-up children bought me a one-day voucher for Xmas and what an excellent gift this turned out to be. I love wood and have dabbled a bit in making walking sticks, but today’s course with Andy was different class. One 2 One tuition, the undivided attention of a craftsman, when you want/need it and lots of tea/coffee cake, a delicious hot lunch and a bowl to be proud of to take home - now that is a day well spent. Andy shares lots of top tips about the tools and techniques as well as advice on machinery esp lathes etc. I would highly recommend that anyone remotely interested should go on a one-day course - you will not be disappointed - and it was fun! Thanks Andy and good luck with the Bike!"

Rachael Hartless reviewed: Pottery Throwing (Group Discounts Available) Lessons in Worcester

"We had a fantastic class with Chris for our 9th (pottery) wedding anniversary. Chris was a clear and patient teacher so that we were soon able to use the wheel to create our own pots. We even got given some that he’d made to dip in the coloured slip to take home as well. Thanks for a great time."

Esin Esat reviewed: Oak stool making experience - rustic carpentry & green wood work

"An absolutely amazing experience. Really enjoyed the workshop. Ian has done an excellent job of introducing the variety of traditional woodworking tools and techniques, and guiding us through various stages. Brought home with me a high quality stool, and a mallet that I made during the workshop."

Wahid Khan reviewed: Oak stool making experience - rustic carpentry & green wood work

"Wasn't sure what I was letting myself in to - but I shouldn't have had any reservations. It was exactly what I wanted. Ian was both welcoming and understanding and his obvious passion for the craft is infectious. Given the time limitations I felt we achieved a great deal, with Ian's help and guidance. To come away with a mallet and an oak seat stool was very satisfying. If you want to learn basic geenwood skills, then this is an excellent introduction to the craft. With people like Ian around, the skill, knowledge and appreciation will hopefully never fade."

Paul Brook-Nolan reviewed: Blacksmithing for Beginners - Full Day Forging for One

"A very enjoyable and useful day. I was bought the day by my partner as a christmas present but due to popularity could only get a date in August. Well worth the wait ! Chris was very organised in his teaching technique and went at a pace to suit me. I made the standard piece by lunch time so then went on to make a part required for my horse plough. All in all excellent value. Thankyou Paul"

"Fantastic two days. Natalie is really enthusiastic and welcoming and more than willing to share her knowledge and experience. H&S first then learning and practicing welding techniques coupled with plasma cutting and we were off. Huge recommendation for Natalie and this course, I for one will definitely be back."

"Having very little experience or indeed skill in any kind of crafting, I was delighted to find Alan's teaching style provided an easy route into the spoon carving art. Under his clearly experienced tuition, I felt that the craft really came alive across a fun and productive day. It's a great feeling to take a piece of wood and see the spoon emerge, and a genuinely fascinating experience discovering an art form from such a passionate and engaging instructor. A thoroughly enjoyable day and one I would highly recommend experiencing! Thanks Alan!"

pavani reviewed: Photography Lessons for Beginners

"Beautiful location and the course was good. I have learnt new techniques regarding landscape photography. Frank is a amazing teacher, teaches in practical relaxing way rather than sticking on more theoretical way. I feel like I walked away with great images and an even better knowledge of landscape photography. It was really a wonderful opportunity to learn and broaden my skills with his help and guidance. The editing techniques on Mac are so cooI. I really did not find any negatives. I only wished if the workshop is for long i.e few more days."

Frank Clarke responded:

"thank you so much Pavani for your amazing review! Im so glad you like it and the work you produced over a very short period of time was truly amazing!!"

"Had a brilliant day with excellent company. I learned about the history of pyrography and the modern equipment available to practice this engaging craft. The course was well paced, with Susan gently pushing us on. The opportunity to work on different surfaces was much appreciated.
