Description
Woodturning evening classes are for previous students that would like more guidance and advice. Continue your woodturning journey with Anna and gain confidence to work on your own projects. Practice your new skills with a 3 hour evening turning class, allowing the new turner maximum amount of time on the lathe. Each class will have a maximum of 3 people.
What's included in the price?
- A three hour woodturning class. Materials are supplied from Anna’s off-cut stock. What will you learn? - Re-introduction to the lathe, selecting timber and turning chisels. - Continued learning of the basics of spindle turning, and how to use other woodturning accessories.

aln furniture is owned by Anna Nichols with 20 years’ experience as a designer/maker. Anna’s workshop is based in Edinburgh. Anna specialises in making bespoke high quality timber products using locally sourced hardwoods. Her work specifically focused on contemporary fine furniture & wood turning.
