Willow Hare Sculpture Workshop at the National Stone Centre
Description
Join us at this fabulous venue and get creative weaving a beautiful hare sculpture for indoors or your garden. We'll show you how to use this wonderful, sustainable material to free weave a hare sculpture. This is a great introduction to anyone who wants to try their hand at willow sculpture but also for more experienced weavers. We will be working in a marquee at the National Stone Centre near Wirksworth. The workshop takes place in a covered marquee and warm drinks and biscuits are provided. It is protected from the element, but please come dressed appropriately in warm clothing. There is a café next door or you can bring your own lunch to eat in the marquee. Parking is free. If you have any additional access requirements please get in touch, and we'll do everything we can to make the workshop comfortable and enjoyable for you.
What's included in the price?
A day pass for parking will be provided along with drinks and refreshments throughout the day. All materials and full tuition will be included. There is a café next door to buy lunch, or you are welcome to bring along a packed lunch. There are picnic tables available outside or you are welcome to eat your lunch in the workshop area.
